OK, so maybe I've missed this, but i understand that blood dk's no longer recieve the vengence atk pwr buff in pvp. Is this true?

Sense the latest mini-patch, none of the tanks receive vengeance from being attacked by players.

Changed a while back. Yes it is true, with all tank specs.

No tanks receive vengeance when taking damage from players anymore, not just Blood DK's.

Yes, you missed it. Not just blood spec, it applies to all tanks -- Vengeance no longer stacks from Player or Pet attacks.

well dang, I gotta think that blood dk is dead in pvp now.

Yes, vengeance is no longer gained from player attacks. This includes duels and world PvP.
