E7500 @ 3.6ghz
4GB DDR2
HD4850 (overclocked)
Got about 20-25 FPS at relatively high settings.
For the next BWE I should have my new rig up and running, I just have to buy a power supply and a cooling setup
Asus Maximus IV Extreme-Z
i5 2500k @ 5ghz
EVGA GTX 680
8GB DDR3 2133mhz
Crucial M4 256GB SSD
For the cooling system I'm looking at:
EK Supreme HF CPU water block
EK full cover VGA water block
EK CoolStream 360 XTX radiator with GT AP15 fans
Laing D5 vario pump with XSPC top/tank
Swiftech compression fittings
3/8 ID, 5/8 OD tube
I shall name the new rig Captain Smash, because that's what I'm hoping to do to the unoptimized beta

I hope you haven't forgotten my role in this little story. I'm the leading man. You know what they say about the leading man? He never dies.
If you give in to your impulses in this world, the price is that it changes your personality in the real world. The player and character are one and the same.
Apple iMac
Intel i7-2600
12 GG RAM
AMD Mobility Radeon 6970M
Running at all high settings (shadows at low, AA off) and 2560x1440 native resolution very smoothly (~45 fps) except when big groups of players are present on the screen. Huge DEs were around 15 fps. Running Windows 7 64-bit.
The game currently has low performance when lots of players are visible. Note that the engine itself has no problems with large number of models, because large numbers of mobs are ok. I believe that the game simply is compiled with debug assertions around network sync protocols, which would make sense in a beta, and this will also result in slowdowns when lots of players are present. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

40~? FPS. No lag whatsoever except during server hickups. I didn't lag at all even during the swamp event in the human area where there must've been at least 80 people attacking the boss.
i5-2500k (OC'ed to 4.5GHz)
AMD Radeon HD 6870 x 2 (Crossfired. There was no performance difference between using 1 and 2 cards. AMD obviously hasn't put out a CAP yet.)
8GB RAM
1TB Caviar Black HDD
1920 x 1080 Monitor Resolution
Played the game incredibly smoothly on Full-Ultra.

No overclocking. Everything worked fine with max settings. ^_^
Asus Rampage 3
AMD ATI Radeon 6970
Intel Core 980 Processor - 3.3Ghz

Windows 7 professional 64 bit
Was floating at 40-50 all the time except for in the starting area where a ton of people gathered at each area and I dropped down to 15-20.

I think I got the settings set to medium by default and never cared to play around with it. It was smooth once the lag was sorted ... i.e. on Saturday/Sunday.
My part in this story has been decided. And I will play it well.
Ran perfectly for me! Around 40-50 fps in low population areas and around 20 in high population (much less when the beta ending event went on though!)

On WoW I hit 40fps in orgrimmar, 60-80 in normal zones and usually 100+ in instances / raids depending on which one and which boss.
played at max settings only had issues during wvwvw zerg times
955be athlon II CPU 3.2 ghz quad-core
6850 ati radeon hd

windows 7
was able to fraps at like 20-30 fps at 1980x1080 resolution
ok
first - the game isnt optimized - it use only 1 Core and not realy the GPU
i see in this thead all or most systems with quadcore 3+Ghz write they have max settings and everything is fine - only some had problems
in known issus they wrote overclocked Systems will have reduced performance - so maby check this next time (@Mif^^)
AND i found this on Saturday
Windows7 set GW2.exe in taskmanager always on lowest priority (on Start or when tab out the game and in) - i set it on high and had like 20-30 fps more inCombat
but relax guys - once they optimized and use more than 1 Core AND the GPU it will run like butter
Radeon HD 5770
8GB RAM
i7 860 2.80 GHz
Win 7 64bit
It was a bit of a brow raises to me that I ran the game on max graphics without the slightest hiccup due to my rig. I suppose it's a decent enough machine, but it is running on... two or three years now? As a non PC Junkie, I was pleasantly surprised.
AMD Phenom II x4 820 @2.80GHz (stock)
Radeon HD5770
Some kind of random stock mobo
6GB RAM (1333MHz most likely, not sure)
Played on full ultra and I got about 20-30 fps mostly. Lowest I got was around 15 I guess, when there were 30+ people on my screen. Really not bad considering how crap that pc is compared to most people here.
