Need urgent help. Computer isn't responding at all.

I was reinstalling windows on my other computer when we got a power-cut mid-installation, and now the computer isn't responding at all. The screen is black no matter what I do, etc. What should I do? What can I do? The computer itself works, it's on etc, but it wont respond to the screen and so on. Help please!

Tried unplugging the DVI cable and replugging? (on the GPU part)
    i7-6700k 4.2GHz | Gigabyte GTX 980 | 16GB Kingston HyperX | Intel 750 Series SSD 400GB | Corsair H100i | Noctua IndustialPPC

Yeah, if replugging the GPU doesn't work, simply plug into the integrated DVI (on the mobo) and see if that will get you a display.

Also, when you mean power-cut, are you referring to a storm knocking out your power? Or you accidentally unplugged/hit the power switch?
