    Collecting mogs from craftable items?

    Hello

This is probably slightly odd question that many might not even think about in the first place, but I would prefer to confirm it.

Atm, most craftables aren't really too interesting for me. I used to want a weapon, but then I got really good one from m+. I might just get a slightly better one if I had a weapon crafted, but since I dont do high enough content I dont really care.

Therefore, I'm thinking of collecting pretty mogs. There is that 2h mace with the dragonhead shape which I think looks cool. Yet, my main is evoker. That said mace is listed as "usable" item, but it has no int on it so it wont be actually useful in any other way than looking pretty.

Can I collect mog from such craftable? Is 'usable' enough to that you can collect transmog from it?

As long as you COULD wear it you learn the tmog from weapons. This is why warriors are the best for grinding weapon tmogs - they can wear the most weapontypes.
Different case for Armor tho - you only learn it, if it's your primary armor type (mail for evoker i.e.).

Yes and yes. I spent around 20k to get one of the new craftable staves simply for transmog for druid. He's guardian, but when not a bear, I looooove using it.

    Tsk, wandwarrior when?

    Wait, that sounds wrong.
This is a signature of an ailing giant, boundless in pride, wit and strength.
Yet also as humble as health and humor permit.

Furthermore, I consider that Carthage Slam must be destroyed.

You can totally collect mogs from craftable items, even if they're not your main stat or anything. If it's listed as "usable," that means you can equip it, even if it doesn't give you any Int or whatever your primary stat is.
