Youtube's upload limit is broken, Anyone else effected?

So as you can see, heaps of complaints are going in about not being able to upload vids past the 15 minute mark, ive wasted 5 hours twice, just uploading a 26 min Pandaria video, all becuase the uploader is broken.

Is anyone else experincing uploading pass the 15 minute mark at all?

got the same issue. there's already a workaround for this found out by the community, so there are chances you can get some real problems cuz of licensing. you have to upload your video set-up as private and enabled monetizing. after the upload you can turn off the monetizing again and release your video.
