MOP Paladin Questions

I have a few questions, im a Warrior as my main but recently i made a Paladin.

Why ? Well the reason is silly, i want the Challenge mode set when MOP hits for my Paladin, but its fun being a support in PvP.

Anyways back to the questions

1) Is wings still dispellable ?
2) Is the gap between Crusader Strike and Judgment being on CD filled ?
3) Are you guys getting any sort of gap closing ability ?

These are some things i noticed Ret lacking, otherwords id say theyre doing pretty well.
