    How fit are you?

I am on my way to getting more fit at the moment, as in eating healthy, working out properly as i'm not particularly happy with my body at the moment.
So i wanted to find out how many of mmo-champs are actually happy with their bodies/ not happy and trying to fix it, possibly to motivate myself /motivate someone who would read the post.

Do you consider yourself obese and working on fixing it? Do you consider yourself obese and you've decided that it can't be fixed?

Leave comments such as what sports you do/ your height/weight/ lifts if appropriate.

Or the reason why do you not do any sports.

At my height and weight, I find myself very comfortable with my body. I am by no means a fitness guru or anything, and I could stand to use a little weight or turn it into muscle but I am happy where I am for now.

I am very fit, I can pass the British Army Infantry fitness test at least.

"In the British Army, the Annual Fitness Test is designed to assess soldiers' lower and upper body strength and endurance. The test involves a fast paced march at 15 minutes per mile (brisk walking pace), in full combat gear including the SA80 personal weapon, across rough terrain and roads. The distance covered and the exact weight of the equipment carried depends upon the type of unit, but is usually 6 or 8 miles and 15kg to 25kg dependent on service or arm."

    From the wiki.

About half a stone overweight, by BMI standards. Main form of exercise is cycling, weather permitting. Not overtly fussed about it however, just need a lose a bit of weight.

Average and not bothering to become fit. Skelington is thin and sits on his ass all day.

    I'm likely close to underweight.

    63kg and dropping/180cm

I fit in my computer chair and that's all that matters.

Not happy, have so little control over my diet due to two significant circumstances - but am doing cross-fit 4x a week to try and increase metabolism.

Am 184cm here with 75kg. Used to be near 85, but for unknown reasons I lost about 10 kg without even having to work for it.

Working as mail man currently (after I lost the kg's) and walking 10-20 km's a day while working also works with staying fit, even while eating whatever I want.
