That's bad wording on my part. I only jungle Udyr as Pheonix. I meant picking up a Wriggles on Skarner or Phoenix Udyr, if you are jungling. I know Wriggles is good if you play them top (though Udyr should be tiger), but it's not worth it in the jungle.
