Diablo 3 Stuck on Setup

Ok, so I'm predownloading it or whatever. And when it gets to "Updating Setup Files..." it stops. Is there any way to fix it? I'm really pissed right now, I've been waiting for this game to come out since whatever, so a quick way to fix this would be much appreciated.

Ok, I fixed it. If anyone else is having this problem then hopefully this will help you out

control panel>network and internet>internet options>connections tab>never dial a connection

Run the diablo3 setup as an administrator.
then
I went into task manager and closed all the Agent.exe*32's that were running.

Another Agent.exe*32 promptly started and - for whatever reason - this sequence of events fixed the problem for me. The Setup Files updated in about 20-30 seconds and i was able to install the game.

Then changed my compatibility to windows XP service pack 2 and it worked.

Make sure you have secondary login turned on in services. That stopped me from setup for a LONG time. Also, many other causes as on that link.
