Downloading without the Installer (Direct Download)

Hey, my university is blocking Blizzards required ports (Getting Tracker is not responding error). So I wanted to know if there are any links to mirrors where I can download the game without using the installer?
I'll be using a 3G dongle to play and install minor patches, but 7.7gb on a dongle is expensive
I'd reallyy appreciate it if anyone could help!

I'm pretty sure that the launcher is required for all Blizzard games.

No, I used to be able to download WoW and WoW patches using mirrors. So I must be able to do so here as well, I just can't find any mirrors.

Does your Uni allow p2p? Because I'm sure there is a torrent of the regular or collectors edition some where that you could DL.

Yea they block p2p as well. bastards.

You haven't mention this, did you disable p2p in the launcher? If you do, it defaults to direct download.

Yea sorry about that, I did disable it and it still tells me tracker is not responding.
