    Co-op mode Diablo 3

    Hello there my friends,

Long story short; I am new to Diablo (genre) and need some questions answered.

-If you play co-op mode will you share the exp. from monsters with your friends? Solo : 1000 exp. = 500 exp. in co-op?
-If you play co-op mode will the boss rewards be worse? Or less in quantity.

I couldn't find the answers fast to sorry if already stated somewhere.

Both exp and loot are unchanged by number of players in the game. Only thing that changes is the monster hp and dmg.

Notably, in theory XP comes faster with more players, as the HP scale is not equal to damage scale (at least before inferno)

For loot it can change depending on what kind of gear people are wearing.

There are factors that can change the quality of your loot dropping from magic find in co op play.

    here is an example.

player A and player B have 50 magic find each.
player C and player D both have 30 magic find each.

add up everyone magic find and divide it by number of players in group so 160 total magic find divided by 4 players.

All players in the group with have a total of 40 magic find.

Should also note that everyone has their own gear to drop so there is no fighting over gear when it drops.
