Do you use a follower?

Templar: Heal, Heal Aura, Charge, Lifesaver.

The fact that he seems to see Elite mobs before I do helps too.
And never underestimate the value of him getting stuck in there as the tank.

I don't really see why you wouldn't use them. He's not stealing your experience... right?

I've already stated why i'm not using followers.

I use the templar to tank for me since I play a demon hunter makes things a lot less complicated on my end.

I use the Templar because hey, why not. I like to think he actually means his gratitude when I give him a new shield. He doesn't do much damage, but his charges are sort of helpful and on the occasion that he will heal me a bit, it's appreciated.

Templar's like my tag-team buddy, bustin skulls with him as barbarian is fun for me. He's decent support too, but his dmg does suck. I especially like when he gets low on health and says "I bleed?!" like he thought it was so impossible that these demon scum could hurt him - brilliant!

I don't usually play outside a party though, but if I do I'm gonna hire the templar.
