D3 friends seeing when I play WoW

Other users are just trying to be constructive, please calm down. You can turn off REALID on battle.net's account settings page, but otherwise the answer to your question is no.

If you want help you should drop the childish attitude. Currently no there is not. It was a known feature of Battle.tag so you shouldn't have them added.
