2 questions before I start.

1. Will I have access to stash / gold of my other characters.
2. If / When I die is it like D2 and I can not access the character ever again.

I understand why they didn't implement the RMAH. Imagine some guy coughing up 50 bucks on some pimped out sword and then goes and dies to a lagspike 30 minutes later.
