Right hand for scissors and mouse, left hand for pretty much everything else.

The only reason I adapted on those two is because back in school, they had no left handed scissors, so I had no choice. As for the mouse, my family's old computer had an odd shaped mouse that was designed for right hand use. Since it was impossible to use left handed, I learned to use it right handed.

Mouse: I have a touchpad, but I would probably use my right hand.
    Writing: Left hand and illegible.
    Throwing: Both
Strong hand: If I were to punch, instinct would probably have me doing so with my right hand, so I guess that one.
    Scissors: Right hand
Knife/Fork: Fork left hand, Knife right hand.

I am left handed but mouse with right hand. Don't know if it's against nature, but if it's the only way you've ever seen or done then no....you adapt. We left handers are very adaptable when need be. I don't know how many do this.....but I have been told I was "true left hand" when writing because I don't curve my wrist....and my writing is actually quite nice. Wrist curving is totally un-natural for me.

I use left hand on my mouse, then i use a programme called KeyTweak and it lets me remap any keys i want on my keyboard, so all my keybinds are done via the number pad on the right hand side of the keyboard, Numlock is changed to Shift, Enter is changed to ALT..so all in all i can have about 45 keybinds just on the numberpad. I also use the Razer DeathAdder as its made for your left hand.

I use a touch pad... so I switch between my left and right hands for the keyboard and touchpad right below the keys. It might sound like it doesn't work, but... if you have a really sound keybind system in place and have the muscle memory for it, it really isn't an obstacle to use a touchpad.

I've found that I can use either hand to move the mouse at about the same consistency but I am not as comfortable hitting all of my keybinds with my right hand as I am my left as well as the buttons on my mouse with my left pinky since they're aimed for use of your right thumb.

Gamin: Right hand mouse, left hand keyboard
    Eating: fork left, knive right
    Bass guitar: left handed bass
Sports (tennis, volley attack, swords, ping pong etc): left huge advantage here ^^

I do everything with my right hand apart from write. people say it looks awkward to write with your left hand, but IMO it looks awkward writing with your right hand.

Its strange that I've seen topics where left handed ppl talk about about right handed mice, but no right handers ever complained about using the wasd buttons with their left. At least never heared about it.
I think there are things without hand priority. You can do it with whichever you want. But there is a standard. Typically the first way you see it will be, you learn it from someone or something.
Also some movements cannot be done with one hand and you use two naturally without noticing you are using your 'other' hand too. I.e. I can't eat sunflower seeds with one hand. I need both to open it. They do different movements, but I can switch back and forth. I can do 'movement A or B' with either.
Another example, it may sound +18 rated, but using internet for porn, made me switch my 'main hand' from right to left, so I can hold the mouse as before. Some circumstances may give you new standards.
