It IS Deus Ex: Invisible War. There are three games in the series, I picked the most obscure (least popular) one for challenge. But you know it so it's all good. (I figured people would assume it was the first one)

I remember playing it back in 2001~ after getting bored of brood war and wanting to try some new rts games.
