In an effort to resolve some issues I have been having with playing .MP4 files via my on-board graphics on the TV I did a format and clean install this morning.
(Process: Copied all required data to a new 2tb hard drive, deleted the RAID0 volume, and re-created it with a different name. Then installed Windows 7 clean from DVD. Proceeded to install all drivers fresh from each respective manufacturers website and copy documents over.) Now have quite successfully managed to get a single 2TB RAID0 for my OS and games and a single 2TB HDD for media and backups.) I did NOT use Windows Easy Transfer or Windows Image Backup as I did not want any previous settings to persist onto the new installation.
Problem.
Everytime I try to install the Intel HD Graphics 3000 drivers I get a blue screen.

I have tried both:
15.26.8.64.2696 (8.15.10.2696) and 15.26.8.64.2696 (8.15.10.2656) versions. both .exe and .zip with the same result each time. I have even tried cleaning out the old drivers (Device Manager >> UnInstall >> "Also delete files") in safe mode.
While attempting to install the 15.26.8.64.2696 (8.15.10.2696) version the BSOD loops, and requires a boot in safe mode or a system recovery to boot normally again. 15.26.8.64.2696 (8.15.10.2656) Seems to just need a reboot.

P.S. Sorry for the low picture quality... My camera skills aren't particularly good when I'm on a timer. (BSOD only lasts approx 5seconds, before system reboots. At least it did the first time, so the second time expecting it, I took it straight away... turned out I had to manually reboot it for the second picture.)
