Oh yes.
We had a really great kebab place across the road from the pub where I grew up (no, my parent's were not alcoholics, but pub managers, so we lived in the accommodation above the premises ), so I had my first doner kebab when I was quite young and it was awesome.
Years later I discovered they are even better after a few bevvies on a Friday night - as long as you get a good one. Because when you get a bad one... It's baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad.

those things are the best invention since minced meat. few years ago i ate two at lunch every friday because they are so rediculously yummy.

here's another ymmy suggestion

it's called a "Kapsalon" and availably in every quality establishment in holland (read: back ally chip shop/kebab shop)



ingredients:

Chips, Doner Kabab or regular kabab (shoarma/shawarma or whatever you wanna call it), lettuce, garlic sauce and a hint of tabasco.
