It's the same for me, only on the first page however, as depicted in your screenshot. The second one is unscathed.

It happens when someone quotes a list and breaks up the list in separate quotes without ending the list in each quote. You can probably just report the post and say in the report that the quotes need to be fixed so the page doesn't break. Looks like that one you screenshotted was already fixed.
