gear set/item set tier question?

is there a list that tells you what 'tier' and unidentified item is?

for example 2H axe drops 'decapitator' I'm pretty sure that is top of the line and has the highest chance to get the best/biggest stats

or doom armor, dread lance, archon stuff ect...

is any of this laid out anywhere?
