Does Execution Sentence count as a magical debuff?

Anyone know or perhaps is playing the beta, if Execution Sentence is a magical debuff on your target?

If so is it able to be removed by cleanses and spells of that nature?

This could prove to be relevant in pvp, given its noticeable animation and player awareness of the damage it causes.

Perhaps it'll be targeted just as our avenging wrath is.

I have no idea whether it can be dispelled or not, but keep in mind that Dispels have an 8 second cooldown.

it cant be dispelled. but it does way to low dmg for ret. you will do more dps and also some healing if you use Holy Prism

I was thinking Holy Prism was better myself. Thanks for the reinforcement.
Plus the lower CD would be better for a burst and filling in that dmg lose gap between refreshing inqs.

Yes you can, just checked on beta to be sure
