I have $32 on my unverified paypal account. According to the people in that thread, I should be able to use that money to purchase a server transfer...but whenever I click to go to paypal to do the payment, it asks me to type in a credit card number. I'm under 18 so I don't have a credit card yet (I pay for WoW with gametime cards). Is there any way around this so I can just pay with the money in my paypal balance?

Also, is there a way to pay for a VCC (Virtual Credit Card) to verify my paypal while using the paypal balance instead of getting the same page as in the server transfer case?
