Collector edition upgrade mounts

Hello, I would like to buy both upgrades and I will get the turtle and spider, but my question is will their speed scale up to the highest speed once I get it?

Did they change this? I have the original collectors edition and I didn't think the turtle actually sped up when I purchased the faster riding. I could be wrong though.

Both the crappy turtle and the spider increase in speed equal to the highest speed mount you have, as do the world event mounts. Not sure if there are any others that do.

The fire horse do. You can obtain it by recruiting 3 friends. This mount will scale with the highest speed as well.

I always forget about that horse. But yeah, that one will too. It's a nice thing to have, especially if you don't really like the mount choices

Yea, I feel quite limited by the amount of mount choices we have, but that could be just me.

Just too used to the 100+ mounts available in WoW, so by comparison there is hardly any mounts in Rift. One thing I dislike about Trion is not having much in the way of selection, except for classes (the souls, not so much the callings). Extremely limited and bland races, and only about 5 different types of mounts (random number).

I don't care how many mounts are put in, I'm sure I'll fall back to my lowrider crocodile mount because it's so cool

Everytime I mount my weapons disappear is that a bug or intended?
