Mouseover Macros vs Clique Addon Healing

I recently came back to WoW and started healing. I started downloading some addons that help healing like unit frames. I heard about mouseover macros and then saw clique as an alternate. A couple people I have talked to say mouseover macros are slightly better than healing with a mouse button. I was just wondering if this is actually true or just them swearing by their methods.

i'd say mouseover macros are better simply because you have more buttons to play around with, as far as i know clique only works with your mousebuttons. if this isn't the case, it's just what you're used to

Clique works with your key bindings aswell, not only your mouse.

Healbot, back in wotlk, worked only with the mouse.
