At first I was like, yeah that looks like the typical garbage stats you can find on most items but then I noticed the red arrow which was where the actual issue was being pointed out.
Either way, those who are achievement completionists (?) and happen to play Demon Hunter will still buy it to get the end-game full set.

Just because you find some shiny item doesn't mean you should throw it on the RMAH, shit's going to be so flooded with terribly itemized set pieces and legendaries that I highly doubt your item will be worth anything if it doesn't have good rolls.
