want to buy new weapon. still dont understand how the stats are calculated

Hi guys..

I am looking to upgrade my weapen.. but i cant seem to be 100% sure how the stats are calculated in the weapens dps..

What stats are left out and what stats are used to calculated the actual dps of a weapen..

Whene i go on the AH and i look for a Xbow i can affort a 1100 dps weapen but if i take 1 with 150 dex and 50% crit dmg i can only affort a weap around 900 dps..

Help me out plz

Damage on the weapon like 100-200 Lightning Damage, and 30% enhanced Damage are part of the DPS on the weapon. Same goes for Increased Attack Speed as it just modified the amounts of attack per second of the weapon. Dexterity for instance is not part of the weapon DPS nor is increased crit damage. Basically anything related to actually weapon damage changes the DPS of the weapon, anything not related to the inherent damage of the weapon does not change the DPS of the weapon but will increase your overall DPS.
