Monitor Upgrade

Been looking around for an inexpensive but also decent 1920x1080 (or greater) monitor to upgrade from my 19" 1400x900 LCD. It is intended for a computer that I use both as my gaming machine and document/development workstation at home. I wish I could go for a high refresh rate monitor, but cost is a limitation. I would like to keep it below $150 since I am also saving to replace this computer sometime in the near future.

Was looking at the following due to its positive reviews and popularity, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824009266, but also very open to other suggestions and feedback.
