Authenticator on my iphone

This is my first post.I don't know where else to post this.

I had authenticator on my iphone and I basically restored iphone without removing authenticator. I lost access to my account.Did anyone have a similar problem and who do I contact to regain my account?

Well looking at my authenticator in my ipod touch, there is the restore feature and on the help section about the restore code it says like this: "You can use the restore Code in conjunction with its matching serial number from a previous installation of this app to perform restoration." So if u could get the Serial code you should be able to restore your Authenticator. Dunno if this was helpful or not...

I had one on my iPod... wiped it forgetting about the authenticator. When I installed it back on, it worked with no problems without having to ring billing or anything.
