MoP Beta - SW:D Bugged?

I've encountered a bug on the beta right now with the new SW, and wanted to make those aware of it so more testing can be done and an accurate bug report will be seen.

Basically how SW functions on beta now is (unglyphed) you can only use it below 20%, but the damage is increased by 300%. My tooltip with inner fire up states it will hit for 44,780 yet the most I've seen a hit for (on same level questing mobs in VotFW) is roughly 12,000.

Do you have the swd glyphe active, if so maybe its a bug and it makes swd unable to hit for 300%+ dmg. Try it w/o the glyph

I don't have or use the glyph. I"ll pick it up and try with it to see if it fixes it however.
