Why is it so hard to find a Mythic raiding guild that isn't full of toxic people?

first off, i've tried finding the answers to these questions in the megathread, but it was too daunting a task to completely read it.
what i'm wondering:
has the release date been known already?
does it have a monthly sub fee? I know GW1 didn't have one, but i haven't found any info about this yet.

Well you clearly didn't do too much digging into the thread or anywhere for that matter.
Release date: None known yet, a few rumours but only trustworthy date will eventually be released by Anet.
Monthly Subscription: No subscription, buy game once and that's it.
