Played a flag carrier in an RBG for a change. This is my armory:

I was being hit for:

• 27-34k double Ambush by Rogues
• 31-36k instant Lava Burst by Shamans
• 21-29k Frostbolts by Mages
• 29-34k Chimera Shots by Hunters
• 24-31k Frost Strikes by DKs

I mean, spells - fine, but shouldn't my 4.7k resilience + 62% Phys. DMG reduction via armor provide a better damage reduction vs. Hunters / Rogues / DKs? Any decent Rogue / Elemental shaman could solo me in 3-5 seconds -.-

You really think it's best to link to a site that buys/sells WoW accounts and expect to be taken seriously?

Chimera shot - nature damage

Frost strike - frost damage

Ambush - physical damage with 75% armor reduction, so count it magical damage

And 4.7 resilience??

You should concentrate on improving and getting to know how the other classes work instead of saying the best flag carriers are the worst. Maybe if you said "I'm bad" and not "warriors are bad" you'd be one step closer.

The fun thing about being a FC in RBGs, is that your job is to survive, but by design you are expected to fail and die (or the games will end in 0-0 with good enough people playing them). That's the way it goes. It depends on your team to kill the the opposite FC before the others kill you, because you know that when the marks are high you are going to die regardless of what you do. No wonder is such a frustating role.

might want to change the "useless" part, they are anything but useless.
atm they are the best flag carriers, you must be doing something wrong.
btw, use more resil, it's pretty low to tank with.

I'm actually pretty clueless when it comes to PVPing and I have entered like... 5 bgs since cata. But even I see the problem here, dude. You wear PVE gear and your gems are inappropriate for a role that's all about surviving... You should have definately been able to figure that out by using google for 5 minutes.

Thread's ran its course, way too many posts getting slightly out of hand with insulting-ish remarks.

If prot warriors were useless in RBGs, every top team would use a feral or a DK. Which they don't, they all use a warrior (asides a couple Russian teams that do indeed use a feral - NOT because warriors are useless). People have offered enough help already, if you want to take their advice go for it, if not well, there's not much else you can do to improve.
