New Computer Problems!

Hi, I'll keep this short. My first ever desktop computer was built in 2007-2008 and it had been through XP>Vista>Win7 so it has lasted a long time. Only literally 7 days ago, I bought brand new computer parts and had built a brand new computer due to several problems coming up.

The problems of the old computer were: FPS lag (obvious gcard out of date), General hw failure, constantly freezing.
Specs were: 4GB DDR2 Ram, Intel (Some 3.0ghz dual core cpu), 8800GTS

Obviously I needed a upgrade so just last week I used:

Asrock Z77 Professional-M MB
GTX 570
i7 3770
700w Thermaltake PSU
8gb DDR3 2133 RAM

The computer is fully functional HOWEVER, the EXACT same problems from the last computer pursuit on this new computer. I did not transfer any files apart from work documents so I have no idea how I can have these EXACT same problems. It's 2AM whilst I type this (maybe having some slurred words) but what can I do next?

I've ensured all Drivers are updated (MB etc), cooling has been essential (have 6 fans + CPU Cooler). I'm out of idea's now other than picking on the applications/games itself.
