Best Case Fan configuration for clean airflow?

Hey guys I just bought a NZXT tempest 210 and a 4 pack of Fans from rosewill.
What is the best fan configuration? Negative or Positive air flow?

The case comes with 2 fans, a back exhaust and a top exhaust. There is 1 fan slot on the bottom. 2 on the front and 2 on the side panel. What configuration would be best with the added 4 fans?

2 Front, +1 Fan Top, 1 Side?

well heres a cut and paste....

Well.. it takes a bit of thinking what your main heat sources are and the directing more flow over these areas... thermodynamics bear is looking at you...

Heat rises so its better to have exhausts where this is going to flow

but dont listen to me I take the side panels off and just let my heat radiate away........ water cooling is the bomb tho

as for pressure levels... well fans are not that powerfull so I doubt you can create a vacume or a condenced air by just fan means thats gonna make much difference.

but like i say I have done away with fans totally... they suck and are noisy

also good luck trying to tell if a fan sucks or blows without an indicator on the fan... lol
