[HELP] Request a Game/Suggest a Game!

i have a 3ds and am looking for a new rpg to play. recently i have played:

Radiant Historia, Fire Emblem Awakening, Shin Megami Tensei, the Pokemon Games, Bravely Default, and Golden Sun Dark Dawn.

any solid game recommendations would be nice.

I would recommend the Etrian Odyssey games! They are First Person Dungeon Crawlers made by the same company as Megami Tensei (Atlus), and IMO are really good. For the 3DS, Etrian Odyssey IV is more traditional, low-story etc. while Etrian Odyssey Untold has a story mode with fully voiced characters (I've been enjoying it a lot), but is supposed to be a lot easier :P you can also get the first 3 Etrian Odyssey games - they're all for the DS. From the same company you might also enjoy the Persona games - they're in the Tensei franchise, and are described as like... highschool dungeon crawlers? I don't know what that's like, since I haven't played them, but you could give them a try (if you liked Etrian Odyssey, Persona Q is the most recent and was made by its team)

Crimson Shroud also looks really good if you're into D&D, from the 3DS eshop.

I'm looking for a co-op horror (not strictly survival, though survival is fine) game for PC. Something low budget that's not 20 years old either. Resident Evil 4 (5?) was suggested by a friend but after looking into it, it seemed too fast paced/too much action for our liking. Something like Slender Man or Amnesia but for two people, where both of us could be side-by-side walking down a dark, empty hallway and then all of a sudden something jumps and scares the bajeasus out of us.
That being said, the theme doesn't really matter, but hoards of zombies and boss zombies running at you is a no-go. It can be in Japanese for all I care.

if you liked DA:O and ME i would recommend Kotor and Kotor 2.
i also recommend the pokemon games and Fire Emblem Awakening.
furthermore, Bravely Default.

i dont have any handheld systems anymore. i have knights of the old republic and it refuses to run on my current pc. it crashes everytime i try to go further than the starting area.

have you tried dark souls? i dont know if you can consider it classic rpg, but it definately has leveling

I didn't see http://store.steampowered.com/app/230230/]Divinity: Original Sin[/url] on the list. Have you played it? It's like old school Bioware RPG's (Baldur's Gate) but with modern graphics. You control a 4-man group in a huge world where you can go where you want, for example to high level areas early and so on. It has turn based combat with action point system and interesting interaction with world objects (set things on fire etc).

that sounds interesting. i checked out gothic but the combat system doesnt sound like my forte how exactly does it work? most of the reviews i saw were kind of spotty on the combat. the best description i found was it had some kind of combo system similiar to dragon age 2 where you press buttons to continue a combo.

I don't really know much about Gothic series. I've only tried Gothic 2 once, a very long time ago (think 10-15 years or so). I've only heard that Gothic 1 & 2 were really cool games back then. Gothic 3 not so much. Were the Gothic series made by the same company as Risen series? I would also recommend Risen 1, it's an okay RPG at best but stay away from Risen 2 and 3.

yeah it was apparently made by piranha bytes. also do you know of any sandbox based games like oblivion or grand theft auto crackdown something like thats either a shooter or rpg?

i have saints row 1&2. i got just cause 2 started playing found out all the starting missions are escort quests stopped playing immediately. haven't touched it since. also have just cause 1.(beat the game it was really fun) am hesitant to pick up saints row 3 and 4 because of dlc for 3, and im not sure about 4. how open world is kingdoms of amalur and does it require origin? because im not touching anything that requires origin.

You can get Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning from Steam too. It's very MMO-like as it was supposed to be MMO originally, but it was changed to single player during development. It has lots of basic MMO-style quests (killing, looting) and the world is really large, although it's split in smaller themed areas, just like Zones in MMO's.

You might enjoy it though, as Ken Rolston, the lead designer from Oblivion has been a part of making this game, along with R.A. Salvatore and Todd McFarlane. The game has somewhat clumsy interface (lot's of menus) but it _might_ be moddable on PC though.

No, they don't, at least not all of them. I played Mass Effect 1 on Steam some months ago and didn't need Origin. But I can imagine the newer ones are only available to play on Origin (not sure though).

Hey guys. Looking for some new games. Anyone can recommend any good ones?

I like games with high customization. I don't mean skin and hair colour. Examples of this would be games like Guns and Robots, Exteel, Robocraft etc. Games where you can customize individual armor pieces of your character that you can unlock, with a variety of play styles. Fantasy, or futuristic. Third or first person.

Alternatively, games where you can build things. I like creating things. Yes I already tried Minecraft.

As well as these, I also enjoy survival horror games, RE4 is one of my favouritest games and I've already completed Revelations, 5 and 6 as well as Dead Space 2 and 3, but not the original, the space ship really unnerved me.

I like games that have a variety of transport options, weather it's foot, horse, motorbikes or helicopters. I enjoyed Unturned, 7D2D and a Dead Rising 3. I don't particularly like zombies but...

All of them have a nice open world where you can roam around and do what you like. I like that. I like it a lot.

So, anyone got any suggestions for me?
