First of all, you don't touch a girl that has a boyfriend... that's utterly shit...
So, if she ever is "alone" again and ready for another relationship, you just tell her what you feel... you won't die nor kill anybody just by telling how you feel, the worst that could happen is ruining the friendship but come on, that friendship is not worth if it is ruined over some adult sincere talk.

So from what I can understand.
Two girls, the first being single, but you're not dating, just very good close friends.
The second is Lisa, who has a boyfriend.
