Need advice in upgrading PC (CPU mostly)

Hello, im thinking about upgrading my PC a bit, now the question is, is it worth it and i will get decent fps in games (not looking to run newest titles on max details, just decent fps in WoW 25man raids and in D3).

Ok so at this moment i got:
    CPU - Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00GHz, that is single core

    Motherboard - P5LD2 SE
    - Intel 945P/G chipset
    - Intel LGA775 Pentium 4 CPU
    - Intel® Core™2 Extreme / Core™2 Duo Ready
    - Dual-Core CPU Ready
    - FSB 1066/800/533
    - DDR2 667/533/400
    - RTL8111B PCIe Gbit LAN

    2 GB of RAM

NVIDIA GeForce GT 440, 1024 MB of memory on it.

So my graphic card is quite decent, had to buy new after old one got fried, im thinking about getting dual core CPU, something cheap like Intel Dual-Core E5700 3GHz. Question is, will it give a visible upgrade, while leaving RAM for the moment at 2gb? (my budget is quite limited and im from poland so everything is expensive for me ;p ) If its worth getting CPU now, ill most likely get another 2gb of ram in about a month.
At this moment with about low- settings in wow (except view distance, objects display and particle effects) im running about 15-20 fps in 10man raids and about 2-6fps in 25mans. In D3 its getting laggy when i get 15+ enemies at time on screen.
And here is my dxdiag http://www.text-upload.com/read,3854918102400 (google docs refusing to cooperate, dont know any other site to upload text easly)

That would be a noticeable upgrade from the Pentium D. The old D is fairly outdated technology and it's not hard to beat it.

There's very little point upgrading five years old system. You'll maybe double or triple your framerate in WoW, but it still means 25 mans are gonna suck horribly and playable only at lowish settings.
Never going to log into this garbage forum again as long as calling obvious troll obvious troll is the easiest way to get banned.
    Trolling should be.
