MoP Rated BG Warlock Vs Elemental Shaman

Hi,

I have been away from WoW for about a year and looking to get back now. Most of my end-game time online is doing Battlegrounds and Rated Battlegrounds. I enjoy Warlocks and Elemental Shaman and hoping to get feedback from actual players because the forums seem filled with Warlocks suck at anything other than arena and Elemental gets crushed by melee.

My Warlock is 85 and I seem to have lost my Shaman so I would need to start a new Shaman if I do go for that class.

No one really knows as the DPS/Heal/etc. numbers haven't been balanced by Blizzard yet, it's one of the last things they will do.
