Most Raiddrops obtained in one day?

My old record was back in Wrath when I got NES (not really a raid drop I know) with a 100, Citadel Enforcer's Claymore and Blade Scored Carapace in the same day. Yesterday I broke that record when I got Bone Link Fetish and my 4 piece bonus from the same normal DS run. Naturally, some of the other people in the group were pretty mad.

What's your record for most raid pieces obtained in one day?

Either 4 or 5, but I threw in a vote for 4 to be on the safe side. In Naxx 10 I happened to be the only hunter, and was also a tad undergeared, so gear was shoved onto me. Good times.

I got 3 heroic drops in my first H DS on my new main though, and she got 2 397 drops off of our guild's alt run 2 days before...so that translates to 5 in under 7 days, which isn't bad under an EPGP system.

One of the first runs in T11, I got hpala headpiece from Ascendant Council, T11 shoulders AND mace from Cho'gall. That was probably the "best" day for me.

i read the title wrong and thought it said rain drops, and thought it was going to be a fun thread about rain, but its not =(

OT when i did my first raid nite with a new guild i had to get attuned for hyjal/BT and in one nite we did SSC, TK and most of Hyjal, i think i got like 5 or 6 drops as nobody needed anything in SSC or TK, and it was dkp free =D i think i also won some cloth boots, my druid was the first tauren priest, i think for most of T6 i was in cloth pieces as I was the spirit stacking druid for the tree buff =D

I believe I got 5 items once.

Let it be said though, that I got three items only I could use (of the people attending the raid) and two tier items that other people already had.

I want to say 7 or 8. Was back in ICC. Literally an upgrade for me dropped from every boss, but it was my first night doing Heroic with my new guild, and a few others who spec hopped a lot for different fights needed a few pieces. Still, not a bad first day with the guild on my part.

8 items in one day for my Death Knight. Got my 4set (2 pieces LFR, 2 normal), Trinket from spine LFR, Souldrinker LFR x2, Waist from Hagara normal, and Boots from Zon'ozz LFR on my first day of doing DS.


The next day I also got my 4set, Shield, 1 Trinket and Boots from LFR for my Prot Warrior.

Mine was atleast 7, maybe even more. Until T11, I never raided seriously (we did T10 after the 30% nerf just for fun, on normal).

My friend was trying out for a raiding guild, the best one on Horde side (3rd 10m raiding group). They needed one more person (they were just doing T11 normal modes since thier usual tank was gone and they were using an offspec tank) and my friend said I would come. So I got dragged in and they said "We don't need anything on normal modes except tokens that we still never got to drop.. but you're a shaman, so they are all yours" (We had at the time, no warrior, no hunter and the only other shaman had full T11 normal with splashes of heroic). Yeaaah.. I got very lucky that day, went from dungeon blues/craftable epics to pretty much full epic/T11 in a night. (Same w/ my friend except he didn't get a token >.> Helm and shoulder tokens were both Protectors).

Edit: Oh and after that night, I got invited back to be a permanent raid member, and thats also how I started my raiding career.

Naxx 25. The first time I raided. I remember the very first day I got atleast 5 new pieces of gear. But yeah, when you have 14 bosses and are undergeared, you do tend to get quite a bit of stuff.

I gear my offspec faster than mainspec. We have 1 rogue in our team, no hunter and since lately we have an enh sham. Before that, the rogue needed his gear and the 2nd time it dropped it went to me. Gotten half my gear on 1 raid which was like 6 pieces.

Back in Naxx in WOTLK I was rerolling DK for the guild progression on Sarth 3d and I got 5set and some offpeices then the random drop trash mace in first run.

I usually have terrible luck with drops :/ Though the first week my second druid was at 85 I got tier pants, a belt, a ring, bracers + a bunch of other LFR things. Felt good going from 370~ equipped to 385 first week lol

I put 3. I have horrible RNG luck for rolls, and loot council treats me like a step child.

Well unless it is an alt run there is a limit for us. We get main spec rolls only after all other mainspecs in order of our previous rolls. That is, if I roll first mainspec and win, I have to wait for first mainspec roll to end to roll for second (if no one rolled) on a new piece. Offspec is unlimited but rare.

The most I think I ever got was 4 total in a raid night.

I took my shaman alt to a late night raid group in guild to help them out when people left. I got a piece of gear off almost every boss, got like 3 normal tier + heroic pants, caster mace off dw, some off set items. It helped that I was the only one on the protector token in the raid.... it still happens sometimes too. We joke about it tons.
