    Yeah I don't see the point in ordering a barebone from there, it's all re-branded no-name parts that so you have no clue what you will be getting.

    So I've looked at all the specs and ive came to the decision of i might buy it from this website "pasted below" which will allow me to spend more as they have a financial option i would be willing to spend about £1300 - £1500 ofc if im able to get the option but i would like this to include a good monitor, keyboard and the naga mouse would you let me know thanks :P oh and what the change's are :P

    I would change the motherboard to Asus P8Z77-V LX and the SSD to Crucial M4

    Well yes the price is expensive but you also have stuff like extra fans that costs £41, mouse and keyboard for £142, some kind of insurance £89. You could also go for Windows home premium and save £28.
    Except for those thing if you want to cut costs it's going to lower the performance.
