Expectations/Non-negotiables for all Raiders:

• Raid ready and min iLvl 489
• Two maxed professions that benefit your class/spec
• Ability to quickly master new class mechanics
• Must have proper raid awareness
• Must be able to handle constructive criticism
• Basic knowledge of fights/mechanics of raids (from LFR or progression experience)
• Prepared for raids (food/flasks/pots/enchants ready at raid entrance 15 min before raid time)
• Near 100% raid attendance required to keep your raid spot (missing a raid day results in being put as a backup but you can earn your spot back)
• Age 17+ (Adult guild - we expect a mature atmosphere of 18+)

Goals & History:

• Goals for MoP - Gul'dan server firsts and Top 200 US Ranked (Within the first few days of release we achieved 8 out the 11 possible server first lvl 90 classes - We are currently #2 Server - Progression is 4/6HM MSV, 1/6HM HoF, 4/4N Terrace)
• DS (8/8HM)
• FL (7/7HM)
• BoT/BWD/ToFW (12/12)

Loot System: EPGP - EP = Earned Points, GP = Gear Points, EP/GP = PR (Priority). We feel this loot system is fair and have had little problems with it. There is a daily raid day decay of 12% to EP and GP, and this prevents hording points and allows the rotation between veterans and new guildies to even out over time. This had led to few complaints about gear = happier raiders!

We are one of the largest and well-established raiding guilds on Gul'dan (1+ year and going strong) and we have accomplished much in a short period of time. Many of our core raiders have been playing since BC/Vanilla. We have very high goals for our guild in MoP and expect much from our raiders in terms of dedication, accountability, and consistency.
