Also noticed your RoF is instant, thought there was meant to be a cast time on it in MoP? Or did you PoM it?

Definitely looks like overall us Mages need to hard cast a lot more, good change. Shatters still hurt pretty bad but as long as they require more effort to get off I don't see that as a big problem? At least we aren't being fed FoF procs left right and center anymore!

J/k dispels on long CDs now and mages still have lots of magic control to peel you off them let alone their partners.
Actually in foresight MLS can pretty much cover shatters pretty well with UA.
