Personality: For being drunk most of the time, he has a very clear mind and good plans. He can be very abrupt to solutions, and sometimes get angry at you over nothing, but he can still be likeable when he's on the job. He will usually go out of his way to get his way, no matter what the cost.

Likes/Dislikes: He loves the scent of freshly mined ore, of any kind, he also enjoys actually mining, and dislikes those who don't agree with his ways of getting what he wants. He usually ignores them.

Appearance: On the job, he wears a Yellow Cap with a candle on the top, somehow not melting. He has a long, brown beard, but with all the coal on it, you'd mistake it for Black. He also wears a blue shirt with overalls, his pockets full of gold and silver. Off-duty, he wears a red shirt and blue pants, pretty casual.

Strengths/Weaknesses: He can be pretty strong, from mining for most of his life. But his clumsiness is his own undoing, he can usually be defeated quite easily by him throwing a punch and then falling face-first into the ground. His weapon of choice would usually be his fists, but he can make due with whatever he has.

History:When Helsor Steelbrew was a young dwarf, he played with his friends in Dun Morogh. They shot pellets at little critters, they pestered the gaurds in Ironforge, and explored abandoned mines, but not for very long. One day, Helsor and his friends found a blue gem while exploring one of these mines, and found a Gem Seller in Ironforge and asked what it was, and how much it he would buy it for. The Seller told them that it was a rare Frost Gem, only found in select Mines in Dun Morogh. The Seller told them they could have 3 gold for it, and Helsor and his friends sold it. Helsor was inspired then, and vowed when he grew up, he would become a Miner. So, at the age of 45, he created the Steelbrew Mining Co., and it did very well. He worked with his friends at first, but then it grew into a small business in Stormwind, and got his own place in the Dwarven District. He once attempted to take over the Fargodeep Mine, but failed miserably due to their only plan being running in and killing all Kobolds. "How we're we suppoused to know they were that strong?" Helsor said when asked about the incident. Although with every mistake, there is a success. He took control of a mine he found on a cliff near Stormwind. He claimed it as the Steelbrew Mine. It was full of Gold and Iron, and some hints of Mithril. As the company grew, as did Herlsor's Popularity. He made some mining stations in some personal Mining Sites in Searing Gorge, Loch Modan, and Stranglethorn. They are partners with the Gnomish and Neutral Goblin Engineers, and Alliance Blacksmiths, giving them 25% of the ore they collect. Helsor was very pleased with how well his company did, and is still today. He currently is searching for new mines, seeing as most of the current ones are running dry, taking advantage of the ore he has, and, in his spare time, getting drunk at the bar with his pals.

a couple of things;
first: his beard. beards are very important for male dwarfs, how is his?
second: some more story would be nice, what did he do before he started his mining corp., what is he doing now that he has a successfull mining corporation.

One mistake that is easily caught is the age of your dwarf. They reach adulthood at about 40 years. It is very unlikely for him to found a company at 27 which would be barely a teen for dwarfs. Also a clumsy person as a digger seems really dangerous. It's a craft that requires thorough preparations and quite some skill. I would imagine he produced some cave inns in his life. Or is his clumsiness just attributed to fighting? Either way, you could elaborate on that a bit more. But the idea of a dwarves miner is a really neat concept to begin with.

He is very young for a Dwarf as they seem to live up to about 200-300? And Middle aged is alot later than for Humans. Though I like the concept of him, but feel he needs more elaboration like the other posters have said.
