Yes, because obviously the existence of these people is the problem. Everyone knows they're taking away illegal $3/hr manual labor jobs that Americans are just LINING up to get. I mean, just look at Alabama! After their recent anti-immigrant legislation, Americans just stepped right up to fill the recovered ultra-low paying jobs, no crops rotted in the fields, and there was no labor shortage for contractors! And absolutely NO legal immigrants were arrested for not having their papers!

Hell you could even argue that illegal immigration helps our economy. They contribute to our economy as workers, consumers and taxpayers. They pay sales taxes, property taxes. Despite popular belief, many pay federal income taxes, but are unable to benefit from things like social security, Medicare.
