Looking for Horde raiding guild

I've always had trouble finding a guild that raids regularly, isn't totally elitist, and in general has fun rather than anything negative.

Looking to gather certain gear before MoP, in particular Vishanka Jaws of the Earth, and enough Valor Points so I can take off all of that PvP gear.
I'm currently on US Frostmourne, but I can transfer if necessary.
