Addon Slowing something Down

I know what it could be but starting a a couple months ago I noticed that it took about 45 seconds siting at the connecting screen before it would take me to the character select screen. I think an addon somwhere is slowing something down. Does anyone know what it could be before I slowly eliminate them one by one which will take forever?

Addons aren't even loaded at that point. It sounds to me like you have something going on with your connection.
