With the current option to be able to raid older content via real ID,I decided to start up a regular weekly team consisted of 10 people to farm Mimiron's Head,a mount that drops from Yogg 25+0
We will be doing HMs alongside for those after the glory ach aswell.
Fragments of Val'anyr are currently reserved.
Vent is a must.
This should require 2 hrs approx per week so make sure you have time to invest before asking for a spot.

We do have a sticky for that sort of thing, but really, head to www.openraid.us or www.openraid.eu - much better place to organize your own raids and find ones that you want to run.
