Visible abs are hot, but to be honest, I kinda prefer a "flat" belly, not flat like skinny women have of course, but kinda flat, sometimes, I like those bellies that are like muscle but are a bit fat and are a bit rounded, that's so hot. :3

To be honest, if you want abs, the only thing you need to do is loose fat, and how do you loose fat? You eat healthy.

Gym is good too, because it builds up, and you should do core exercises, the ones that make your whole body move, but eating healthy and drinking lots of water is the most important thing.

I have lost a few pounds, not pounds, but I lost a few fat just by drinking almost 4 litters of water a day for the past 2 months, so yeah.

Since I moved I don't go to the Gym. Haven't gotten a new gymcard here, need to go see what kind of prices I can get here and there and what places I like best. Until that I do sit-ups, pushups, weightlifting and go out running a bit. Not enough to get anywhere REAL, but enough to keep myself healthy.

To get REAL I would have to double what I'm doing.

I don't go to a gym here in Copenhagen. When I lived with my parents, I did. But it was a nice gym. With old people. Here it's annoying people. That stares and gets angry, if you are using the weights they feel more entitled to. So I signed up for the uni crossfit team instead. Yay \o/

Depending on time there were more or less persons in there. Once I was actually alone. Was on a sunday morning after some special saturday... can't remember what though. Was fun.
The key for me was to have a schedule that wasn't set in stone, I could do most of the machines in any order.

Just one thing is important, stomach goes last.
