Since I moved I don't go to the Gym. Haven't gotten a new gymcard here, need to go see what kind of prices I can get here and there and what places I like best. Until that I do sit-ups, pushups, weightlifting and go out running a bit. Not enough to get anywhere REAL, but enough to keep myself healthy.
To get REAL I would have to double what I'm doing.

I used to do push ups, abs, squats(a lot, I love squatting lol), crunches, love crunches too, but I stopped because my family always enters in my room for no reason and I have to stop, so I just stopped, and I would join a gym somewhere, but I don't have the money and I don't even know how to work with machines or even how to do a schedule or something.

I don't go to a gym here in Copenhagen. When I lived with my parents, I did. But it was a nice gym. With old people. Here it's annoying people. That stares and gets angry, if you are using the weights they feel more entitled to. So I signed up for the uni crossfit team instead. Yay \o/

Wow... So many machines? I think I would have fainted by machine 3 because of my shyness. xD
Depending on time there were more or less persons in there. Once I was actually alone. Was on a sunday morning after some special saturday... can't remember what though. Was fun.
The key for me was to have a schedule that wasn't set in stone, I could do most of the machines in any order.
Just one thing is important, stomach goes last.
