Get a cheap one somewhere, €100 is normal here.
Put on something like this. http://www.thecycleshop.uk.com/image...basket_500.jpg and http://www.mkcovers.com/catalog/imag...20fietstas.JPG

I kinda like snow, but not when there's a blizzard out there. xD
Yea well bikes being less common here means less bikes for sale, and less places selling bikes. Really you can only get them at bike shops as far as I've seen, in which case they're a few $100 for the cheap ones. Second hand they either look old/rusty or are still a few $100 (at least on ebay)
EDIT: Just realized I think big w and K-mart sell bikes. Going to check their site for prices.

Also can someone please explain what a luggage carrier is?
Is not!
I was about to suggest some kind of supermarket chain. See you found that out yourself. If not, why not ebay or whatever you have in Australia?

Might go down tomorrow and buy a bike. Big W has them for less than $100
I didn't realize that picture had relevance haha, how does that luggage carrier work? Do you have to tie luggage onto it?
Wouldn't really work for shopping bags and such xD Though I guess handle bars if it's only 1-2 bags or I could start using a back pack.
