For Smokers : Your favorite cigarettes?

Before I start I'll just say, spare us all the lectures and/or trolling about smokings bad, we know. We've heard it all a million times. If you don't smoke maybe just tell us what someone you know likes to smoke? To avoid topic derailment I will be refusing to respond to any comments of that sort.


So anyway, what are your favorite cigarettes?


These are my favorite, they are menthol in the 1st place but then have a little ball in the filter you crush and it makes it even mintier, for a cigarette that doesn't really taste like tobacco at all
I smoked Newports before these and these ruined Newports for me, now Newport is like some kind of vile garbage to me that I can't even stand after trying these camels

Then there are these

Pretty good too, the weird thing with these is that, they smell and taste like one of these


As far as non-menthol goes (Cause I'm a menthol sorta guy) these are the best ones imo, tastes kind of like coffee actually

In my opinion with Camel being the creators of what are in my opinion both the best Menthol and best Full Flavor, they are the best brand IMO.

Everyone I know agrees, if they sniff a box of Marlboro Smooths it does smell like a York Peppermint patty, the taste is like a York that has been stripped of most of it's chocolate

My mom swares by Marlboro Lights, I have a hard time getting her to try any of these other weird ones I try.. she says menthol makes her feel sick too for some reason

I think Menthol Marlboro Lights are pretty good (They are menthol Gold, gold just like lights to indicate it) they are one of the better menthols out there imo

What are the best cigarettes in your opinions?

I too regularly smoke Turkish Royals. They're very smooth and a lot less harsh than most other cigarettes. I also enjoy American Spirits from time to time and I often buy American Spirit rolling tobacco to roll my own cigarettes.

Menthol also makes me sick to my stomach. I don't know what it is but I feel like I'm smoking a tube of toothpaste.

Okay, this shit is just pointless. If people want to do it, they're going to do it. Threads on MMO-C aren't going to make a non-smoker go "hmmm, theese people on the internet smoke, I'll be like them and do it, too." If people don't know how bad smoking is for them at this point, then they're just ignorant. There's no justification at all here for smoking, just talking about smoker's favorite ways to kill themselves. Moving on.... I smoked the gambit of Marlboro brands, Reds, Mediums, Lights and finally Ultra Lights. Now they are Gold, Silver, Red whatever. I'd smoke to this day if it didn't kill ya, but I'm not about to tell someone else they can't kill themselves, so be it. Just don't do it in a confined space that you and I are both stuck in. Anyway, the best cigarettes I ever smoked with the special Camel's that came up in the metal tins.. I can't remember their names but one type of those were so good I know why congress banded them.

Yeah they had like, fruit flavored Camels in metal tins, these right?

They banned fruity cigarettes under the assumption that kids would be more likely to smoke them

Marlboro Lights, or Gold as I think they are now technically (the attendants always know what I mean!). It's always been them for me, except for a weird Peter Stuyvesant phase. Also this has been such a friendly thread so far! Well, except for that one guy. But yes I'm so used to the taste of Marlboro Lights, I can't imagine switching brands these days.
