Get the PSU that Kilma posted and your build will be fine, Planb

The video card requires/recommends at least a 500w. If you orderered that 450 you're probably gonna have a bad time.

And you'll want to add more terrabytes.

You could always get a 6870 youd lose a little bit of FPS but then you could up your psu. Id highly recommend getting a better psu though. If you have to save for another week-month it would be well worth it.

When I looked at your list a few things stuck out to me:

    The case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...20Merc%20Alpha
Looks like its new and even though it won an "award" there are no user reviews... kinda sketchy. The case is one of the more important parts because you deal with it on a daily basis. If you get a "bad" case it will just cause headaches.

    The PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...0450W%20ATX12V
Only because I like to have some headroom on PSU incase of things like OC'ing and maybe an extra video card down the road. This one will probably do alright.

    Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157297
It only comes with one PCI-E 3.0 socket and 1 PCI-E 2.0 x4, which is bad if you ever plan on upgrading later. Its not a board recommended to do any significant overclocks. (3.8 to 4.0 range) rather than (4.3 to 4.5 and above). It will get the job done if you just want a computer up and running.

I agree with Demonskies getting a 6870 will give you a bit more money for a better case/psu.

I managed to get my build with your psu. I probably won't be able to change the case.

Who cares about user reviews when it gets praised by professional reviewers?

It is an amazing case for the price, the only thing that can compete is perhaps the NZXT Source 210 Elite.

I take back what I said about the case. Grats on PSU upgrade. You should be good to go.
